THE HOUSE OF MINOTIER 9/11 PERS

This is a large 200 sq. meter house. Passing the entry hall, you will find on the right side a bedroom with a double bed and on the left side a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a double washbasin cabinet and a toilet.

Prolonging the entrance hall, a corridor gives access to a second bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, a shower room and a toilet. The double living room with a separate TV corner and a 2-person folding bed, trimmed with a mix of old oak exposed beams and ochre coloured sandstone walls, connects directly with a large terrace facing south.

You access the kitchen and dining room through an opening in a meter deep wall. A first flight of stairs gives you access to a toilet and two bedrooms under XVII century roof beams. One room is furnished with 2 single beds, the other one with 3 single beds. A second flight of stairs brings you to a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Both upstairs levels have thick wood parquet.

  

The Miller’s house disposes of two distinctive terraces, both equipped with garden furniture, parasols and barbecues. Easy access to the swimming pool (distant by 25 meters) is through the front terrace. The tennis court (distance: 100 meters) is accessible from the rear terrace.
